Consultation & Feasibility

We meet with your team to understand project objectives, constraints and aspirations. Our engineers assess site conditions and provide preliminary feasibility input.

Design Development & BIM

Our BIM team works with designers to develop a coordinated, clash-free 3D model. Value engineering opportunities are identified and quantified before mobilisation.

Contract & Planning

We establish a detailed master programme, resource plan, procurement schedule and risk register. All subcontractors and material suppliers are pre-qualified and engaged.

Works proceed under our resident site management team with daily QC inspections, photographic records and weekly client progress meetings.

Testing, Commissioning & Handover

All systems are tested against contract specifications. Defects are rectified before a structured handover, including as-built documentation and O&M manuals.

Our DLP team actively manages the defects liability period, with rapid response to any issues and structured handover of warranties to your FM team.

PPCL holds a BCA Grade A1 in the General Building category — the highest possible grade — which means there is no financial cap on public tenders we can bid for. We also hold Grade A1 in Civil Engineering, enabling full participation across all major LTA and PUB contracts.
We typically accept new-build and major renovation projects from SGD 5 million and above. For A&A and fit-out works, our minimum engagement is SGD 500,000. We focus on projects where our full suite of expertise and systems add meaningful value to the client.
Yes. PPCL has an established D&B capability with in-house architectural coordination, structural engineering and M&E integration. We partner with leading architectural and specialist engineering firms to provide fully integrated D&B solutions.
Safety is non-negotiable at PPCL. We are BizSAFE Star certified and maintain a dedicated WSH department on every project. All workers undergo mandatory safety induction, regular refresher training and competency assessments. Our sites undergo weekly safety inspections and we operate a near-miss reporting system to proactively identify hazards.
Absolutely. PPCL's Project Management Office has extensive experience coordinating simultaneous works across multiple sites, including phased construction in occupied buildings and parallel fit-out programmes for nationwide rollouts.
PPCL is ISO 14001:2015 certified and a recognised BCA Green Mark Champion Contractor. We have a dedicated Sustainability team that embeds green practices — waste reduction, embodied carbon tracking, water management and materials sourcing — into every project from the outset.
